Do you use e-collars or prong collars?

Yes — but always used responsibly. These are communication tools, not punishment. I’ll guide you step-by-step so you and your dog are both comfortable and confident. The goal is always to create clear communication and reliability, not fear or dependency.

How long before I see results?

Most clients notice improvement after the first few sessions, especially in focus and engagement. Long-term success depends on consistency — practicing the structure and techniques I teach at home between lessons makes all the difference.

Do you offer ongoing support after training?

Absolutely. My clients are never left on their own after a program ends. I offer continued guidance through check-ins, follow-up lessons, and lifetime access to resources and advice as your dog grows and changes.

Can multiple dogs be trained together?

Yes, I offer multi-dog sessions and household packages. Training multiple dogs together helps maintain consistency at home — and I can also work one-on-one with each dog as needed.

Do you offer refunds?

Because training is a time-based service, refunds are not available once lessons have begun. However, I’m always happy to adjust your program, reschedule sessions, or transfer remaining lessons to a different dog if needed.

How far in advance should I book?

I typically book 1–3 weeks out, depending on the season. Early booking is recommended, especially for day training and puppy programs since space is limited.
